You’ll find excellent resources on nutrition, exercise, education, careers, health, senior and boomer activities and events, and many other pieces of interest.

It’s an excellent resource and one that will help motivate and educate any boomer or senior from Carmel to Fishers to Greenwood to Noblesville to Indianapolis.
