Come explore what living is like at a few premier senior communities. Lunch and transportation are on us.
How It Works:
Register to attend here.
Plan to meet at the Century 21 Scheetz parking lot (4929 East 96th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46240) at 10:15 a.m. on the day of the bus tour (this only applies to in-person tours).
Together, we will ride to and from the community where we will tour and enjoy a delicious lunch together. We will return to the Century 21 Scheetz parking lot by 1:30 p.m.

Virtual Bus Tours will be live events on Zoom using this link or by dialing in at 312.626.6799 and entering meeting ID 534 744 9026. These tours will be aired live here on Facebook and here on YouTube and also recorded and posted on this website for later review.

Location: Hearth at Tudor Gardens
Join us to learn about The Hearth Experience™. Living arrangements range from independent to assisted living, allowing residences to age-in-place. Even if additional assistance is needed over time, residence remain in the comfort of their apartment. Other holistic care options include body wellness, mental fitness exercise regimen and the Mosher-Gardens Method. Plus, there are many amenities.
Onsite Educational Workshop

Location: Century 21 Scheetz conference room (4929 E. 96th Street, Indianapolis).
Health care advance directives are vitally important in making your wishes known. Unfortunately, few individuals complete a comprehensive directive leaving family and health care providers struggling to make difficult decisions for a loved one who cannot speak. In this workshop, Jeff Stinson, Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, will review how to appoint your health care surrogate, how to document your desires in the matter of life prolonging treatment, how to start advance directive conversations with family members, and the Physicians Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment (POST) form that can be used for terminal patients. Individuals in attendance will leave with a free Appointment of Health Care Representative document. Cost: Free. Please wear a mask.

Location: Zionsville Meadows
Attendees will see the community from the clubhouse. Zionsville Meadows offers extensive living options which include: maintenance free garden homes, independent apartments, assisted living apartments, memory care and assisted living. Learn about their comprehensive programs and services.

his nonprofit continuing care retirement community offers independent living ranch homes and larger attached cottage homes as well as apartments designed to suit the needs of most individuals. If health needs change, Westminster also offers assisted living, short term rehab, skilled nursing and memory care. Once you move to Westminster you can remain part of the community for the rest of your life.
