Lisa Parrett: Indianapolis, Indiana Certified Senior Housing Professional/Realtor
February 7, 2013
After an intense course jam-packed with information and instruction, I’m thrilled to have received the designation of Certified Senior Housing Professional from The Seniors Real Estate Institute. In my quest for continuing education and skill improvement, it’s awesome to know that I’m better suited than ever to help Indianapolis seniors and their caregiver families in the sale of their family’s home and in the process of beginning a new phase of life and care for the entire family.

I’m also very grateful to the people I’ve worked with locally in Indianapolis who were awesome enough to supply the necessary references for me to attend training through the Seniors Real Estate Institute. Thank you for incredible reviews like the ones below!

1. How would you describe this candidate’s character?

“My experience with Lisa is that of an individual with outstanding character. One who wants to do what is right by her clients as well her peers, colleagues and co-workers. She is compassionate, thorough and follows through with what she says.”

2. What words would you use to describe this candidate professionally?

“Attentive, compassionate and proficient.”

3. If you had a close family member or friend over the age of 70 who needed special assistance concerning a move or real estate transaction, why would you recommend this candidate for the job?

“Lisa’s personality is very calming and attentive. She listens to what is said, and understands the needs and does so in a way to show that she would treat them no different than she would her own parents.”

Reference: Brent Laroche, current client

“Lisa is a very honest, genuine person. Integrity is key to everything she does. Lisa treats everyone she works with with respect and dignity. In my dealings with her she has always been upbeat and positive but never unrealistic or overly optimistic.

She understands the needs and wants of older adults. She truly cares for them and wants to help them make their vision reality. Lisa is a patient person who takes the time to explain things and makes sure that you understand everything before moving on.

Lisa most recently was my realtor and sold my house in just over 3 months. She and I went to High School together and I have known her for about 25 years. She’s extremely hard working, puts her customers first, and makes herself available whenever her customers need her.”

Thank you Brent and M’Chellin; how very nice!
