– Lisa Treadwell, team leader of The Indy Real Estate Experts of Keller Williams Realty has been selected to appear as a featured panelist during the upcoming Legacy Conference of the Seniors Real Estate Institute near Dallas, Texas. Treadwell will share her experiences and knowledge gained while serving adults 55+ in the Indianapolis area in the sale of their family homes and eventual downsizing.

achieved the prestigious Certified Senior Housing Professional®
(CSHP®) designation from the Seniors Real Estate Institute, and are
well-known within their local markets as the go-to expert on seniors
housing,” observed Nikki Buckelew, Founder and CEO of the Seniors
Real Estate Institute. “We are also thrilled at the number of
registrants who have just begun to explore this market,” Buckelew

(Parrett) Treadwell, Team Leader of the Indy Real Estate Experts, was
born and raised in the Indianapolis area. She served 3 years in the
United States Army, which included a one year tour to South Korea.
Lisa has been back home again in Indiana since 2000; and earned her
BA in Communication Studies from Indiana University Purdue University
at Indianapolis in 2003. Lisa and the Indy Real Estate Experts help
first time home Buyers move up Buyers, Downsizers-those looking to
downsize into low o r no maintenance housing like paired patio homes,
50+ communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care,
and Skilled Nursing. When Lisa is not selling real estate and
building the Team, she is either working out or spending quality time
with her 2 children.
