I recently visited Brookdale Place of Fall Creek, a senior living community in a residential area of Indianapolis near Cathedral High School and Avalon Hills.
As an Indianapolis, Indiana senior move real estate expert with Indy Real Estate Experts and Keller-Williams Realty, I wanted to familiarize myself with Brookdale Place and consider whether or not to add it to the list of options that I recommend to real estate clients who are selling their homes and planning a move into a retirement community.
This charming facility provides both independent and personalized assisted living for seniors and also offers alzheimer’s and dementia care for individuals in need of those services.
Brookdale Place is both elegant and beautiful, while also maintaining a comfortable, home-like setting where residents and families play a part in determining the level of living assistance required for each resident.
More active, independent residents enjoy the proximity of conveniences like Glendale Mall, while the staff of Brookdale Place is also available 24/7 to assist more dependent residents with bathing, dressing and medications, while helping them to maintain their privacy, independence and dignity.
Community areas include a private dining room for family or guests, sunroom, 24-hour bistro, a wrap-around porch and terrace, beautiful gardens and path for walking, and an elegant community dining room for socialization.
A few of the basic services offered by Brookdale Place include Weekly housekeeping and daily trash removal, weekly personal laundry and linens, concierge service, and a full-service beauty and barber shop.
As a Senior Move Expert in the real estate industry, please contact me if I may be of assistance in helping you or a loved one downsize, sell a family home or move into a senior living community. I’ll be happy to share my experiences and knowledge in all areas.
Sincerely,
Lisa Parrett
